When visiting Egypt it would be a waste not to try diving. For those, who would like to try diving with aqualung for the first time, we recommend the simple and safe PADI “Discover Scuba Diving” program. After a short training you will be able to make two dives and you will be able to become familiar with the Red Sea underwater world of coral reefs. You will see live all the things that can be found in natural science films. People of all ages, can explore the fascinating underwater world of the Red Sea. Hand in hand with instructor without engaging in straight away on a complete Open Water Diver course. This experience can be credited towards your beginner’s diving course if you decide to go on.

You will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada in the morning (8.30) and brought to the ship, which will then make its way towards one of the diving places. On the boat , we will begin theoretical training and we will go through the whole trip plan. When the boat reaches the first diving place, you will be dressed in diving equipment. You will then dive along with an instructor. Diving time is about 20 minutes. The diving is made in a one to one system, that means that for every one tourist there is one instructor, who is beside the tourist all the time. After two dives (6-8 meters deep) in two different places, we return back to port around 4:00 p.m, from where you will be taken back to your hotel in Hurghada.

In order to take part in the DSD program you have to be over 10 years old and be healthy. This concerns mainly the respiratory tract, circulatory system, lacunae and the middle ear. People with organic heart diseases, chronic catharist status, asthma, epilepsy, as well as pregnant women shouldn’t dive. The DSD program can be an ideal introduction to the OPEN WATER DIVER diving course. The people, who decide to continue underwater education, will just meet the extra charges connected with the O.W.D course.
