Itinerary A: 8 Days Dahabiya Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan 

Day 1: (Saturday)

Albaraa Travel Tours welcomes you at the airport of Luxor, the train terminal or your hotel in Luxor and take you with an air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile cruise ship to check in. We serve your lunch on board.

In the afternoon, visit the gigantic temple complex of Karnak, followed by the impressive Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III in the 14th century BC. Founded and expanded by Ramsis II. Dinner and accommodation on Board.

Day 2: (Sunday)

After breakfast on board, we start with to visit the necropolis of the West Bank, the burial ground of the Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings, where Howard Carter discovered the tomb of Tutankhamun in 1922. Then we will drive you to visit the nearby Valley of the Queens, the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Incl. Break with lunch. Dinner and accommodation on Board.

Day 3: (Monday)

Early sailing to Esna with breakfast and lunch on board. Upon arrival in Esna, you will disembark to visit the city and temple of Esna, dedicated to the creator god Khnum. Dinner and overnight in Esna on board.

Day 4: (Tuesday)

Early sailing to Edfu. Breakfast on board, overlooking the El Kab tombs from the sundeck of the ship (entry is prohibited). Lunch is served on board. Upon arrival in Edfu, we visit one of the best-preserved temples of the Greco-Roman era, the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Enjoy the horse-drawn carriage ride to the temple. Dinner and accommodation on Board.

Day 5: (Wednesday)

In the morning we continue sailing to Kom Ombo with breakfast on board. We bring you to the island (Al Ramady) where we prepare a BBQ lunch for you. Continue to the island (Meneh) in Kom Ombo. There you can see the Silesia Temple from the deck. Dinner and overnight on board in Kom Ombo

Day 6: (Thursday)

After breakfast, visit the Kom Ombo Temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the hawk king Horus the Elder, god of the morning sun. Back on board, our sailing tour continues to Aswan. We serve your lunch with a BBQ on the island of Herdiab and continue sailing to an island off Aswan (Compania). Dinner and accommodation on Board.

Day 7: (Friday)

You have breakfast on the island. Afterward, we sail to Aswan to visit the Aswan dam and the incomplete obelisk in the quarries of Aswan. Continue to the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. He was rescued at the time of the construction of the dam from the rising waters of Lake Nasser. After lunch, visit the Nubian Museum. Dinner and overnight on board in Aswan.

Day 8: (Saturday)

After breakfast, you leave the ship to spend some optional days in Aswan, fly back to Luxor, or fly home.

Itinerary B ) 6 Days from Aswan to Luxor

Day 1: (Saturday)

A representative of the Albaraa Travel Tour will pick you up at the airport of Aswan or at the train station and then bring you to your Dahabiya cruise ship to board before your lunch.

In the afternoon we visit the famous high dam, as well as the old dam and the “unfinished obelisk”, which is located in the old granite quarries of Aswan. Continue to the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. He was rescued at the time of the construction of the dam from the rising waters of Lake Nasser. After lunch, disembark to see the best-preserved Temple of the Greek-Roman era, Horus Temple. Enjoy the horse-drawn carriage ride to the temple. We will bring you back on board for dinner and later overnight.

Day 4: (Tuesday)

We sailing back to Luxor. Breakfast aboard our cruise ship.We go aboard to the temple complexes of Luxor on the east bank (Eastbank) of the Nile. The Temple of Karnak, followed by the pressure-bearing Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III in the 14th century BC. was founded and expanded by Ramses II. For lunch, you are back on board to spend your afternoon in free design. How about relaxing on the sundeck? Dinner and accommodation on Board.

Day 6: (Thursday)

After breakfast, you will disembark and be transferred from us to the airport for your flight home or, optionally, to your hotel in Luxor for a holiday extension.
